We are looking to hire several individuals who can serve as Family Champions within our service area throughout West Tennessee. The Family Champion plays a critical role in supporting families in need across West Tennessee, with a focus on addressing chronic poverty and toxic stress. The primary responsibilities of the Family Champion include building and maintaining partnerships with childcare providers, providing family coaching and trainings, making referrals for resources such as social services, physical and mental health care, and connecting families to employment, financial counseling, and continuing education opportunities.
