Pathways2Possibilities

Engage. Educate. Empower.

As a partnership between the Greater Jackson Chamber, Jackson-Madison County School System, and United Way of West Tennessee, The Greater Jackson Pathways2Possibilities (P2P) Career Expo is a hands-on interactive opportunity for eighth grade students to explore potential career opportunities. Roughly 2,500 eighth graders are invited to attend from public, private, and home schools within these regional counties: Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Henderson, Madison, McNairy, and Perry. The expo is made possible thanks to event sponsors and vendors.

The next P2P Career Expo will take place at the Civic Center in downtown Jackson in August 2025.

Become an integral part of a middle school student's preparation for an evolving job market. Research has shown that the Career Expo has positively impacted P2P participants in regard to their educational and career aspirations.
