The Evening Preview

The Evening Preview takes place the night before the luncheon at the Jackson Fairgrounds, offering guests a relaxed opportunity to mingle and experience the beautifully designed tablescapes. Ideal for those unable to attend the luncheon, the Preview provides an engaging and accessible way to be part of the celebration.

The 4th Annual Evening Preview will be held on April 15, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. Guests will enjoy live entertainment by Lauren Pritchard and D.J. Leslie, along with wine and charcuterie. Attendees can also participate in a fun scavenger hunt for a chance to win prizes generously donated by local businesses.

 

The Luncheon

he 13th Annual First Ladies’ Luncheon is United Way of West Tennessee’s premier fundraising event, welcoming more than 1,200 guests each year to celebrate the extraordinary impact of women across our West Tennessee community. As a TableScapes event, sponsors design and decorate their tables — drawing inspiration from nearly any source imaginable. The result is a stunning display of more than 130 uniquely themed tables, all brought together in one vibrant, inspiring space. Luncheon will take place at the Jackson Fairgrounds on April 16, 2026 from 11:45am-1pm. This year's speakers will feature Omoiye O. Kinney, Executive Vice President Chief Marketing Office at United Way Worldwide, and Jenny Holsman Tetreault, Chair of the Women United Global Leadership Council.
 


Our Speakers

Omoiye O. Kinney is an accomplished marketing professional with a wealth of experience in global brand strategy, marketing innovation, communications, digital engagement, event planning and reputation management. As Executive Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer for United Way Worldwide, Ms. Kinney is responsible for developing and implementing dynamic marketing strategies that support 1,100 local United Ways in 34 countries and territories.

Omoiye O. KinneyA long-tenured marketing professional, specializing in the non-profit sector, Ms. Kinney has significant experience having served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Technology for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte where she provided leadership, vision and direction to Marketing, Information Technology, Consumer Insights and Analytics. As Communications Director for the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services, Ms. Kinney was responsible for developing innovative awareness campaigns and engagement solutions designed to provide behavioral health support to more than 700-hundred thousand Philadelphians. She also served as a Public Information Officer for the City of Philadelphia.

Ms. Kinney's previous experience includes senior leadership positions with the YMCA of Greater Houston, YMCA of the USA, headquartered in Chicago, the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, Tasty Baking Company (Tastykake) and the American Red Cross. She also served as a News Assignment Editor for 6ABC in Philadelphia, PA.
 

Jenny Holsman Tetreault currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for TPI Composites, a global wind-blade manufacturer with locations throughout the United States, Europe, China, India, and Mexico. She is responsible for the company’s global anti-corruption program, litigation, mergers and acquisition, HR and employment matters, supply chain and procurement, commercial and contract negotiation, Field Services, IT, ESG, and domestic/international regulatory compliance.Jenny Holsman Tetreault

Jenny is very active in the community and currently serves as the Past Board Chair for Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW) and the current Board Chair for the Herberger Theater. She serves on the Board of Directors for many local organizations, including Teach for America, the Cactus-Pine Council of the Girl Scouts, Ballet Arizona, the YMCA, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona, The Nature Conservancy, and the Phoenix Library Foundation. She also serves on the Business Advisory Council for New Pathways for Youth, and is a proud member of the Junior League of Phoenix, ASU President’s Club, ASU Women & Philanthropy, and VSUW’s Tocqueville Society and Women United.

In recognition for her work in the community, Jenny was named as the Corporate “Organization Advocate of the Year” by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2021 and as one of the “Most Influential Women in Business” for 2020 from AZ Business Magazine. Additionally, she was a “Spirit of Philanthropy” recipient by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2018 and was recognized as one of the “Top 10 (National) Attorneys under 40” by the Association of Corporate Counsel in 2017.
