How We Help
United Way of West Tennessee’s 2-1-1 service connects individuals and families with local organizations that may be able to help. Our trained 211 Resource and Referral Navigator listens to each person’s needs and helps identify available resources for food, housing, transportation, healthcare, employment and more.
United Way does not directly distribute food, clothing, financial assistance or other goods through 2-1-1. Instead, we help people understand their options and connect with local agencies that provide those services.
