Request for Proposals: Audit & Tax Services
We are seeking proposals from qualified independent CPA firms to provide audit and tax services for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, with the option to extend for two additional years.
As a nonprofit serving communities across West Tennessee since 1942, we are committed to transparency, accountability, and strong financial stewardship. We’re looking for a firm with nonprofit expertise to help us continue that work.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with nonprofit audits (especially organizations of similar size and scope)
- Strong understanding of government auditing standards & Uniform Guidance
- Clear audit approach and communication process
- Commitment to independence and quality

- Questions due: May 1, 2026
- Proposals due: May 15, 2026 by 5:00 PM
