Ford Community Center – Invitation to Bid
United Way of West Tennessee announces an Invitation to Bid for the renovation of the Ford Community Center in Stanton, Tennessee. This project is funded in part through the Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development Connected Community Facility (CCF) Grant Program and is subject to applicable federal and state procurement requirements.
Grinder, Taber & Grinder, serving as Construction Manager on behalf of United Way of West Tennessee, is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors for construction services related to interior renovations, structural and finish upgrades, mechanical, electrical, plumbing improvements, and site enhancements.
The estimated total construction value is approximately $1.4 million.
Bids will be evaluated by the Construction Manager in coordination with the Owner. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for each trade package, unless otherwise documented for sound and documented reasons.
Bid Submission Deadline
March 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM (CT)
